Indian and Native American Employment and Training Program (WIA Sec. 166)
The Indian and Native American Employment and Training Program is a federally funded Workforce Investment Act (WIA) program that serves the needs of individual Indians, Alaskan Natives, and Native Hawaiians who are seeking entry into the workforce or career advancement. The program provides comprehensive workforce development services and access to vocational training opportunities designed to enhance and encourage self-sufficiency and self-determination.
